Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days from Santa Rosa, CA*. Exceptions can occur due to illness, travel, natural disaster, etc. Personalized and Custom items will take additional time. They usually take 3-5 days to arrive (expect longer shipping times around the fall through the holidays).

How much is shipping?

It depends on the weight of you item and which carrier you choose. USPS Priority is typically the most affordable option to be able to track the package. 

Low weight orders are sent via USPS without tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately I do not ship internationally at this time. It's definitely something I am looking into though!

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Online order cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase and before the shipping label is created. Please send an email request to beanhorsecar@gmail.com.


Once the cancellation is approved, I'll submit an immediate refund. Please note: Once submitted it can take several days for the payment processors to process the refund and for the money to be returned. It can only be returned via the original method of payment.


Can I return or exchange my purchase?

I'm sorry to hear the product isn't quite what you hoped for! Most returns returns and exchanged are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Please email beanhorsecar@gmail.com to get more detailed instructions for returning the items. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. 


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

- Gift Cards

- Sale Items

- Personalized Items

- Custom Items

- Damaged Items (due to customer use) or used items


If something arrives damaged, take photographs of the packaging and products and email beanhorsecar@gmail.com

When do I get a refund for my returned items?

Upon receipt and approval of the return, a refund will be processed, and a credit applied to the original method of payment. It can take a few days for the payment processors to process the refund.

What payments do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is there Sales Tax?

We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the State of California. Orders placed within California will be subject to the current sales tax rate.

PRIVACY

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Your information is used only to fulfill your order and will not be distributed to third parties.
