Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3 business days from Santa Rosa, CA*. Exceptions can occur due to illness, travel, natural disaster, etc. Personalized and Custom items will take additional time. They usually take 3-5 days to arrive (expect longer shipping times around the fall through the holidays).

*Mugs are created to order and sent from a drop shipping location. As a result, they take additional time to process and ship. Customers can expect mugs within 2 weeks of purchase. Please contact me if you have any questions about a mug order and I can check the status with the vendor.
