We need to change our mindset around rest. We need rest in order to exist and function at a healthy level. However, we're often led to falsely believe rest is a luxury that is earned in some way. A combination of Capitalism, White Supremacy, Ableism, and Misogyny often shape our beliefs around when it's okay to rest. 

This print was inspired by a talk by Erika Tollen I saw on an Instragram Live, where she spoke about the mental and emotional obstacles she had to challenge when she decided to take a sabbatical.

Materials: Packaged with a recycled paper chipboard backing in a cello sleeve. Shipped in a rigid envelope with a zero-waste, recyclable shipping label.

Returns

Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online and only when the shipping label hasn't been created.


Most returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer*.
