If you like it roomy, I would order up a size. I'm a size 14/16 and the large fits pretty well, but is more snug that I thought it would be for a unisex shirt. When you get the shirt the design will feel very plasticky. It gets MUCH better after the first wash and dry! Please don't panic, I was nervous too and it washed well.
